Renovated in Dec ‘21, this quiet and peaceful house with a massive yard and palapa is great for families and friends wanting to experience both Charleston's great Downtown area and beachfront — it's perfectly situated right between the two.

Space
Sunny, spacious, exceptionally-located James Island house with great outdoor living space and boutique amenities. The house is a few minutes from Downtown and less than 10 minutes from Folly Beach, with all the amenities of high-end boutique hotels but with much more space. Newly renovated bathrooms, TWO living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a Sonos wireless soundsystem all contribute to a luxury experience, perfect for small groups and families— plus, an outdoor shower! For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.
Access
Guests have access to the entire home, Spacious backyard with great outdoor living space, and off street parking for 4-5 vehicles.
Interaction With Guests
The host is available for any issues or questions you may have during your stay. You will receive a digital guidebook link with info about the area, restaurant recommendations, and activities.
Neighborhood
The house is in a quiet, centrally located James Island neighborhood. 10 minutes from Downtown and 10 minute to Folly Beach. James Island County Park, restaurants, bars, shopping, banking, and convenience stores are all within a short 2-3 minute drive. The perfect location for visiting Charleston.
Transit
Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable. There are also local yellow cabs, limo services, and a public transit.

House Rules
-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quite hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $500 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. - Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.

This was a great Airbnb for my bachelorette trip! Lots of different parts of the house made it fun to decorate. Kitchen was well stocked. Cute decor. Backyard and patio was a highlight! The sink was clogged but the host was responsive and came out very quickly to unclog it. Thanks for a great stay!

David was a great host! The house was perfect for us. My husband and I were celebrating both of our birthdays and our anniversary for our trip to Charleston. This home was the perfect place for it. Our favorite spot was the lanai - felt like we were outside but we were inside. The backyard was super cute too!
