Welcome to your vacation home in beautiful Mt. Pleasant, SC! This 2-story townhome was renovated top to bottom with all the personal touches you’d want in your own home + a few vacation-home essentials, in a location that can’t be beat! Cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to kick back, cook if you want – bike to a restaurant if you don’t – work if you must (but we hope you won’t!) Whatever your vibe, the brand new backyard hot tub is here to ensure you get some time to relaaaax after your hole-in-one on the putting green. Favorite features: - HOT TUB - PUTTING GREEN - OUTDOOR SHOWER - BEACH CHAIRS, COOLER, BEACH TOWELS - Outdoor TV (jacuzzi movie night anyone?!) - 4 Bikes & bike-friendly location - Two king-sized beds (+ black out curtains…obvi) - comfortable roll out bed if you have a 5th person - Backyard grill - Side-yard cornhole/bocci/futbol court - Sunlight shining through sliding glass doors into the living room ☀️ - Waterfall showerheads (w/ detachable sprayer and a bathtub) 🚿 - Full size laundry room (+ beach gear storage) 🏖️ - That green tile & quartz countertops in the galley kitchen 💚 *Please note for toddlers or older adults, that both of the bedrooms are upstairs.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is only 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, and conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants, and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to check out the old Pit Street Bridge, or to Shem Creek where you can dine out, or buy locally caught fish at Mt. Pleasant Seafood to take home and grill. Book a kayak or paddle board tour, catch a boat charter, enjoy the sunset… all these activities just down the road for you! *The house is also located close enough to the Ravanel Bridge, that even during high traffic times, you can easily get downtown.

-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 10pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $500 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. -Any and all pets must be approved and applicable pet fee paid. Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500, that will be charged to the card on file. No cats.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had two toddlers with us so the yard was absolutely perfect. Mt. Pleasant is the perfect location when you’re trying to do a little bit of everything in Charleston from downtown to all the local beaches.

This was the perfect location for two couples that wanted to be close to great restaurants and lots of activities. We were within 2 miles of grocery stores, lots of restaurants and easy access to the highway to go to Charleston and the beaches. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions.

I can’t say enough about our stay. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, TVs in multiple locations, supplied with everything you would need for a wonderful stay..and that’s the inside! The outside lounging area and hot tub was so nice to spend evenings after the beach and dinner. Beach chairs were comfy, loved the bikes and putting a few on the green. Location was quiet and peaceful. Our pups loved their stay too!! Our hosts were available and helpful throughout our stay. Very kind people. We hope we can make this our Mount Pleasant home next year!
