This 2-story townhome was renovated top to bottom with all the personal touches you’d want in your own home + a few vacation-home essentials, in a location that can’t be beat! Cozy, stylish, and fully stocked with everything you need to kick back, cook if you want – bike to a restaurant if you don’t – work if you must (but we hope you won’t!) Whatever your vibe, the brand new backyard hot tub is here to ensure you get some time to relaaaax after your hole-in-one on the putting green. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is only 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island, and conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants, and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to check out the old Pit Street Bridge, or to Shem Creek where you can dine out, or buy locally caught fish at Mt. Pleasant Seafood to take home and grill. Book a kayak or paddle board tour, catch a boat charter, enjoy the sunset… all these activities just down the road for you! *The house is also located close enough to the Ravanel Bridge, that even during high traffic times, you can easily get downtown.

-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 10pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $500 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. -Any and all pets must be approved and applicable pet fee paid. Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500, that will be charged to the card on file.

Perfect location for our family with 2 teen boys. Great home base to visit Charleston. We loved the outdoor area, spent a lot of time in the back yard, in the hot tub watching TV, even caught some of the NCAA tourney from the hot tub! It was our first time in Charleston and we're glad we picked Mount Pleasant to stay. There was a lot to see and do right there, our fave was Shem Creek, watching the dolphins and we had an excellent meal for my husband's 50th at Tavern & Table. Highly recommend this rental if you have a family that loves their outdoor time! You don't regret it!

Very inviting vibe as the home was well organized, clean and super spacious. Had an abundance of towels with unlimited hot and cold water along with great water pressure! Hot tub was all set for us and the owners did a great job checking in incase any questions came up. Parking is in a shared lot within the complex but we never had trouble finding a spot. This place is also close to all the fun restaurants in the neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend.

The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a great feature, and it was clean and there were notes available about the cleaning schedule which put my mind at ease. We biked and walked to all various spots - great food and drinks at every location. Highly recommend this place!

The house was cute and had all the amenities that you could ask for in a vacation spot and more! The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like with great showers. The outdoor area was great to sit and have coffee, drink in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect especially as it was unseasonably cool on our visit. It was easy to walk to grab a bite and the house manual gave good recommendations. A nice place to spend a week exploring Mt Pleasant and Charleston.
