Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to Shem Creek where you can kayaking, paddle board or enjoy the sunset. This property is also located close to the bridge that takes you right Downtown and is 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island.

House Rules
- Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $200 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. -Any and all pets must be approved and applicable pet fee paid. Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500.
