There is plenty of room with a King bed, full-bath, Jacuzzi tub, and huge deck in first unit. Two queens and a futon located in the next ground floor unit. Between the units you will have exclusive access to: 2 baths, 2 kitchens (1 indoor and 1 out), laundry room, an outdoor shower, and 4 televisions. Enjoy all of this within a large fenced backyard w/ ample parking!

The space
-The first unit is set up like a studio this unit is still very spacious. This unit has everything you need to feel right at home including a comfy king size bed, a television with access to plenty of streaming services, a love seat and a table that can easy turn into a area to eat or work. A his and hers sink, a separate shower and jacuzzi tube provide plenty of space. This unit is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all the supplies you'll need. The spacious walk in closet is equipped with a ironing board and iron. You can really enjoy the outdoors with this units private deck with an outdoor kitchen, plenty of seating and a outdoor TV!

-The second unit is a spacious, well designed apartment offers a full kitchen with all the essentials, comfortable tiled shower with bench seat, rain shower-head, and detachable shower-head, easy key-code access, Wifi, two flat screen smart TV's, shared laundry room, inside and outside seating areas, and ample space in the large shady backyard to play and entertain. Enjoy access to the outdoor shower and beach amenities.

Please note that these units are attached to the hosts main home and although we try our best to be courteous of guest, there is the potential of noise transfer.
Guest access
In addition to the apartment guests have access the to the fenced-in 1/2 acre backyard, with ample parking for cars, boats, RVs etc. (backyard is shared with home owner and other guests that my be staying in the detached Cozy Island Cottage located in the rear of the property). Guests also have access to the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor shower.
Additional notes
There is another unit on the property, the Cozy Island Cottage, that may house other guests during your stay. The structures are separated and have their own private areas and designated parking.


This listing includes two attached units on the rear of the main house. The first being the Island Hideout on the ground floor. The second being the Island Nest located on the second floor, accessed by the stair on the back of the house. The stand alone cottage or "tiny house" in the back corner of the yard is a separate unit.
