The space
- The first unit features an open floor plan, 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab bar top, a 250 sqft of deck and outdoor living space, a bedroom with queen bed on main floor, loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase, and spacious bathroom with tiled shower. This units comfortably sleeps 6 with two memory foam queen beds and one queen pull out couch.

- The second unit is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrances to both rooms, a beautiful rustic design, black walnut countertops, fully stocked kitchen, and a large tile shower with a granite bench seat. This second unit comfortably sleeps 5 adults with two memory-foam queen beds and one futon.

-The third unit is set up like a studio but is still very spacious. This unit has everything you need to feel right at home including a comfy king size bed, a love seat and a table that can easy turn into a area to eat or work. A his and hers sink, a separate shower and jacuzzi tube provide plenty of space. This unit is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all the supplies you'll need. The spacious walk in closet is equipped with a ironing board and iron. Located off this unit is a deck with the outdoor kitchen and out door television. Please note that this unit is attached to the hosts main home and although we try our best to be courteous of guest, there is the potential of noise transfer.

-All units have televisions with access to plenty of streaming services

In addition guests have access the to the fenced-in 1/2 acre backyard featuring deck with tons of seating, a patio with a small grill, another deck with an outdoor kitchen and television, 2 outdoor showers, corn hole boards, and ample parking for cars, boats, RVs etc. (Please notify host if you would like to use the outdoor kitchen so a quick tutorial can be provided.)
Additional notes
- Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a portable speaker are provided for you convenience.
- Please be conscious of noise levels when outside after 11pm.
Guest interaction
I live in the front half of the house at the front of property and can be available for any issues or questions you may have about the area, restaurant recommendations, or activities. I also enjoy meeting new people, good conversation and are open to socializing with guests if they like.
Neighborhood overview
Centrally located James Island neighborhood, only quick 5 mile drive or Uber ride to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. Restaurants, bars, shopping, banking and convenience stores are within walking distance.
