House Rules

- Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund.
- This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation.
- There is a $200 fee per day for smoking inside the unit.
- There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out.
- Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party
-If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape
- Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property.

The space
Devised with a focus on open, airy, and social feels. This stylish coastal farmhouse design is both homey and comfortable with a layout ideal for entertaining. The beautiful kitchen with island features unique leathered granite countertops, farmhouse sink, tile backsplash, soft-close shaker cabinets, and under cabinet lighting. A smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and more can be found in each of the 3 bedroom and the living room. The luxurious master suite offers an ensuite wet bar/ coffee station, memory foam king bed, large closet and sliding glass door to the back deck. The stunning master bathroom is ordained with marble vanity top, massive shower with rain shower head, wand, and marble corner bench. The 2 nicely decorated guest bedrooms both offer memory foam queen beds, Smart TVs and spacious closets. The full hall bath offers a tub with tile surround, tiled bath floors and linen closet. The study located between the master suite and dining room includes a desk and small couch with twin pullout bed. This room can be closed off from the main living area to provide an additional sleeping quarters. The private back deck has a cafe table for enjoying morning coffee or a meal. The large laundry room offers washer and dryer, tile floors, additional storage and access to the back deck and backyard. The driveway has ample parking for 5 cars. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. We are sure you will find this house provides all the comforts of home and then some!

Guests have access to the entire home.
Additional notes
We make it easy and secure for guests to check in with a personalized check-in code for the smart lock on the front door.

Please note that the fireplace is inoperable.

Most importantly please be considerate of our neighbors and the neighborhood when entering and exiting the house, especially late at night. Remember that this is a residential neighborhood, so no outdoor parties and no late night gatherings. Thank you for your support.

***We have implemented COVID-19 protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guest. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest using CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures. In addition, the unit is equipped with cleaning supplies so guest can routinely clean frequently touched spaces throughout their stay. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested. If guest/host interaction is required, we will follow social distancing guidelines to the best of our ability.

Neighborhood overview
Built in the 1940s on what was once a thriving indigo plantation, Riverland Terrace inherited the plantation's stately Avenue of Oaks, now framing Wappoo Drive. The neighborhood is bordered by the Stono River and Wappoo Cut waterways and boasts a waterfront playground, free public boat landing, municipal golf course, a retro movie theater, hip music venue and a number of well-reviewed restaurants. All within walking distance!
Getting around
Riverland Terrace is centrally located 9 miles from Folly Beach and less than 5 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable.
