House Rules

- Quiet Hours after 10pm. Failure to follow quite hours may lead to immediate cancelation of booking without refund.
- Please be considerate of other neighbors.
- This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through booking platform and/or the digital guidebook link provided to you prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation.
- There is a $250 fee per day for smoking inside the unit.
- There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out.
- There is a $70 fee for any key fob lost or not left on the entry table.
- Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party
- Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee or result in cancellation of reservation.
- Guest understands that noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. These devices do not record, they only measure decibel levels.

The space
This fully equipped condo has everything you need from cookware to beach gear. The two dual master bedrooms, with comfortable queen beds provide plenty of privacy for a family or 2 couples! Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom with large garden tubs and a walk-in closet that provides you with an ample amount of space. Roku TV's are in both bedrooms and in the living room, allowing you to access all of your favorite streaming services. A convenient full-size washer and dryer are provided. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

Additional notes
This property has a STRICT NO PARTY policy and noise curfew. We're also committed to being good neighbors to the surrounding condos. For these reasons, we do strictly enforce our NO PARTY policy. We want our guests to enjoy their stays, but we must adhere to local laws, policies, and neighborly best practices.
