House Rules

- Quiet hours are after 10pm. There is a decibel monitor that will alert host if there is excessive noise for an extended period of time. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancelation of booking without refund. This is a family oriented neighborhood please be conscious and respectful of neighbors.
- This is a self check-in property; guest certifies that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation.
- There is a $500 fee per day for smoking inside the unit.
- There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out.
- Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party
- Please confirm you correctly booked for the total number of guests in your party. If the number of guests in your party changes you can alter your reservation prior to check-in.
- Guest understands that exterior surveillance cameras and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property.

The space
Completed renovated top to bottom, this 2-story townhome has all the space you'll need! As you enter the home you will find the dining room on your left walk straight into the kitchen which features beautiful white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area feature a nice leather couch and chair, giving plenty of space to relax! The sliding glass doors lead right out into the backyard which features a picnic table, seating area and a grill. Also off the living room is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer as well as beach gear and extra storage. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bath with a titled shower with a granite corner bench, a large waterfall shower head and handheld sprayer. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. Between the master and the 2nd bedroom is another full bath with a tub, a large waterfall shower head and handheld sprayer. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

Guest have access to the entire house and to the backyard.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to Shem Creek where you can kayaking, paddle board or enjoy the sunset. This property is also located close to the bridge that takes you right Downtown and is 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island.
