Designed with a focus on open, airy, and social feels. This stylish coastal farmhouse design feels homey and comfortable with an ideal layout for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Thoughtful, family-friendly amenities, and a great setup for dogs, kids, (and kids at heart!) Enjoy your coffee and cocktails on the shaded back deck. Or in the hot tub! The backyard is surrounded by an 7ft. privacy fence, lots of space for lawn games, admiring native foliage, and still room to park your boat trailer! (The Wapoo Creek boat landing is right down the street!) The beautiful kitchen centers around a large island and features unique leathered granite countertops, farmhouse sink, tile backsplash, soft-close shaker cabinets, and under cabinet lighting. Smart TVs in all the rooms. The luxurious master suite offers an ensuite wet bar/coffee station, memory foam king bed (that you’ll want to buy for your own house), large closet and sliding glass door to access the private back deck, large backyard, and hot tub. The master bathroom has a marble vanity top, massive shower with rain shower head, wand, and marble corner bench. The 2 guest bedrooms get beautiful sunlight and have comfy and supportive memory foam queen beds and blackout curtains, TVs and spacious closets. The full hall bath offers a tub with tile surround, tiled bath floors and linen closet. The study/sitting area located between the master suite and dining room includes a desk and small couch with twin pullout bed. This room can be closed off from the main living area to provide an additional sleeping quarters (or a great spot for the pack-n-play crib, which we provide). The private back deck has a cafe table for enjoying morning coffee or a meal. The large laundry room offers washer and dryer, tile floors, additional storage and access to the back deck and backyard. The driveway has ample parking for 5 cars. For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. We are sure you will find this house provides all the comforts of home and then some!

Neighborhood
Built in the 1940s on what was once a thriving indigo plantation, the Riverland Terrace neighborhood inherited the plantation's stately Avenue of Oaks, now framing Wappoo Drive. The neighborhood is bordered by the Stono River and Wappoo Cut waterways and boasts a waterfront playground (currently under construction), free public boat landing, municipal golf course, a retro movie theater, hip music venue and a number of well-reviewed restaurants. All within walking distance! This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Charleston. Locals love it here, and you will too.
Transit
Riverland Terrace is centrally located 9 miles from Folly Beach and less than 5 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable.

We make it easy and secure for guests to check in with a personalized check-in code for the smart lock on the front door. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Please note that the fireplace is inoperable. There are cameras located at the front exterior entrance and over driveway. Most importantly please be considerate of our neighbors and the neighborhood when entering and exiting the house, especially late at night. House Rules
-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $200 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guest will incur an additional fee. -Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. -Any and all pets must be approved and applicable pet fee paid. Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.

The home was in a great location in-between downtown Charleston and the Folly Beach. I also enjoyed the restaurants on Saint James island when you didn't want to get into the chaos of downtown Charleston parking. The house was very large with an add-on. The master bedroom/bath was great and secluded from the rest of the house. The whole house was very updated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wooden privacy fence was very secure for our fur baby. The host was responsive and helpful. Sometimes the traffic got a little backed up getting on or off the island but just allow a little extra time and you are good. There is so much more to do in Charleston than just the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this home to someone wanting to explore all Charleston has to offer.

This was the perfect place for us! It has a master bedroom and bathroom separate from the other bedrooms. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our travel, weary bodies. The couch and beds are extremely comfortable! Highly recommend, and would stay here again.
