Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY (EVEN OUTSIDE). There is a $200 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. This includes vaping or other smokeless tobacco products. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. - Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.

We had a wonderful time here. It felt right at home, and the neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were really friendly. The house was very spacious and had all the needed essentials. The backyard was nice and private, with a fire pit. We brought our boat and could park in the driveway with no issues. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. We recommend this place and will definitely visit again!
