The open concept layout is designed to bring everyone together, whether you're lounging on the leather sofa or prepping dinner in the kitchen. The spacious living-dining area is anchored by a beautiful solid-wood table that seats your entire group comfortably—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or spreading out laptops for remote work. The fully remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a generous island with seating. Whether you're preparing breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll find everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower, and double doors that open directly onto the screened-in porch and hot tub area. Might we tempt you to end the day with a relaxing soak?!The remaining three rooms each offer comfortable queen beds, soft white linens, lots of natural light (and blackout curtains!) and plenty of closet space. All three bathrooms have been beautifully updated with clean, modern finishes and high-quality tile showers. No Charleston home is complete without a screened-in porch! With the bubbling hot tub, wall-mounted smart TV, mini-fridge, lounge seating, and overhead fan, it’s the perfect spot to unwind year-round, watch the game, and sip a cocktail out of reach from the mosquitos. The fully fenced backyard is shaded by mature oaks and makes for a peaceful, private outdoor space ideal for kids and pets (with approval) We expect guests to treat our home and neighbors as if they were your own. The host does live in the house next door and uses the sheds and garage for storage.
House Rules
-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quite hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is an $800 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. - Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.
